I Dream of Kitchen

Before we built our house, I literally dreamed about it for 8 years. That was 15 years ago.
I’m starting to dream about houses again! Then I saw this post from the New York Times and my heart stopped. This was the kitchen I saw!

My Dream is so Big that I can’t verbalize it yet. It is not unreachable. Just big. I’m at a point in my life where my bucket of lists is almost empty. Putting new ideas in the bucket is scary!

Hello to those stopping by via the article in the Blair Enterprise!

I blog mostly for myself and my family. I look at my blog…RedMittens…as more of a personal journal. Many people have blogs that started out this way and they turned it into a business! Someday I might do that, but for now, this will do. Frankly, I mostly like to READ blogs!

I agreed to do the interview because I believe in the “Saving of The Everyday.” Blogs feel a little more permanent than Facebook.

Starting a blog is easier than you might think. I started out with Typepad and then changed to WordPress. I am now thinking of changing to Squarespace because it supports some features I am starting to want.

I enjoy writing, taking pictures, my family, cooking and recipes, social media, and combining all of these together! You can find me on TheTweeter as @marybethhunt
and on Facebook under Mary Beth Hunt.

Want to start a blog of your own? It is easy. And Google is your friend in helping to choose a blogging platform and learn how to use it. You can also email me a question anytime at mbhunt@huntel.net

And leave a comment and say hello! Do you have a blog? Leave your URL and I’ll come visit.
