I admit it. I GAWKED at the Greenbrier. I stood around looking up at ceiling fixtures and down at marble floors and sat on furniture and kept saying OHMYGAWSH over and over.

Tea is held every afternoon.

Large wooden table held the tea nibbles.

Live Music at tea AND at dinner.

Tall walls, lots of conversation areas.

The hotel was redecorated by Draper in the late 1940′s and it is still bright, fresh, clean, and not tired looking at all. It is a bit busy and I wouldn’t want to live in it, but it was so fun to see. Next two pictures are of one of the public bathrooms. Took my breath away. I almost made Dan come IN and see them!!!

Stalls had their own sinks and cloth towels. ALWAYS cloth towels.
