Boil the Corn Cobs for a while, with Salt. Taste it. Does it taste like Corn Broth?

Pour Corn Broth into a container to keep in freezer for a big batch of Farmstand Corn Chowder.

Enjoy a little bowl for yourself after all this work. Frozen Corn is the BEST!

Wednesday is Half Price Scuba Day at Okoboji. ‘Cept the boat was full yesterday, so NicePat from Blue Water Divers said Matt could come on Thursday for Half Price but not to tell anybody cause then she’d have everone trying to get a deal.

So, I dropped off the SEAL-to-be and went to the Farmers Market in Spencer while he sat around on a boat in a hot skin tight suit and then swam around underwater breathing who knows what for an hour.
