Martha is joining WordPress!

Of course, I wish I had a little elf who just sits here and helps me with the computer! I’d put a new header up there…something that has more to do with Red Mittens than old books.

And I’d fix that long list over there of old posts—————————>
When I changed over from Typepad, not all the photos came, and that’s a shame.

In other news, Navy Seal is doing well in college and with ROTC.
We will see him Saturday when we go to the game!

Megan’s wedding announcement was in the Blair newspaper. ‘Bout time we sent that in!
Her Felt Flowers and selling like Hotcakes and she’s got some neat things up her sleeve!
It’s so fun to read the Omaha World Herald online or see this Wedding Essentials ad and see her cute face!!!

Oh I hated to leave the lake yesterday. The weather was perfect. PERFECT.
We picked up Navy Seal from College and headed up there to celebrate Dan’s birthday.

My grandfather owned the local drive-in and theater in Carroll. I have only a handful of memories of the drive-in, but the stories are LEGEND in my family of my dad and uncles working out there in the summers. This drive-in at the Lake is only 2 weeks old and is built in a farmer’s cornfield. He always wanted to have a drive-in and decided to build it. Lots of people attended and it was great fun snuggling in the back with my boys.

This ROKU is a great gift for Netflix users. It lets you watch a Netflix instand view on your television.
We spent more than too much time watching “Leave it to Beaver” episodes!

Happy Happy Birthday, Dan!
